29 May 2009	BCR Precisions BACR Precisions	Some amendments to the rules were agreed at the GB TD Forum on May 9th. These are published today and apply immediately. These mainly relate to event medical assessments, courses and start order for indoor snow, and single-venue results for BARTS seeding, but all racers, coaches and race organisers should appraise themselves of all the changes. These precisions apply 'on top of' Dec 08 B(A)CR.
