The new online system has been designed to allow race organisers to submit applications more effectively and accurately than in the past. Once the Calendar Application has been completed you can submit it, online, and then one of the authorised HNGB approvers will approve the Application. You can also upload other documents that might be needed for your application, i.e. insurance details or programme details.
You will need to register with the system first, all details are kept very secure, and not shared with anyone outside of BSS. Once registered you can start creating Applications for the coming seasons. https://bss-calendar.the-owls.org/Account/Register
